Complaint Resolution Process

Graphite Business Advisers is committed to providing professional, high-quality tax agent and accounting services. If a client has a complaint regarding the tax agent services we have provided, we encourage them to contact us so we can work towards a prompt and fair resolution.

Step 1: Contact Our Team

If you have a complaint about the services provided by Graphite Business Advisers, please contact our Sales and Administration Team Leader in writing.

When submitting a complaint, please include:

  • Your name and contact details

  • A description of the issue or concern

  • Any relevant documentation or supporting information

We will review the matter and work with you to resolve the complaint professionally, respectfully, and as quickly as possible.

Step 2: Escalation to the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB)

If the complaint cannot be resolved internally, or if you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may lodge a complaint with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB).

​

The TPB is the Australian Government body responsible for regulating tax practitioners.

*We reserve the right to change pricing in the following cases:

1. On discovery of fraud, or

2. When an agency utilising a single trust account with more than 100 sale transactions and/or 300 properties under management.
